Our building automation work links commercial lighting, HVAC, A/V, access control and surveillance so they integrate with each other while still running independently. That means changes can be made centrally, alarms and malfunctions raise a notification, and energy consumption can be reported on a schedule.
What matters most is the part nobody sees: the wiring foundation going behind the right walls first. We design the cabling for expansion, so adding to the system later does not mean opening finished ceilings.
We work with commercial control platforms including Crestron and RTI, and supply to commercial property developers and owners.
