Workplace electrical, planned around the floor plate.
Tenant improvements, floor renovations and workplace changes across the GTA — power, lighting, data and meeting-room AV coordinated before the walls close.
Three things decide whether a floor works.
Where the power lands, how the lighting is controlled, and whether the meeting rooms were wired for what goes in them. Most of that is fixed before drywall.
Power & distribution
Panel capacity, distribution and the feeds that reach desks. Furniture layouts change late, so we plan circuiting that can absorb a revision without reopening finished ceilings.
- Panel and distribution work
- Floor boxes and poke-throughs
- Furniture and workstation feeds
- Dedicated equipment circuits
- Server and IT room power
Lighting & controls
Fixture layouts, circuiting and control zoning that match how the floor is actually used — open plan, offices and meeting rooms rarely want the same switching.
- Fixture supply and installation
- Occupancy and daylight sensors
- Dimming and zone control
- Emergency lighting and exits
- Relamping and retrofits
Data & meeting-room AV
Boardrooms and huddle spaces need infrastructure decided early. We rough in for the displays, cameras and connectivity the room is specified to carry.
- Data and communications rough-in
- Display, camera and mic infrastructure
- Floor and table connectivity
- Cable pathways and containment
- Coordination with AV suppliers
What we take on in an office.
Most office work happens around people.
Floors are rarely empty. Tenants keep working, base-building services stay live, and property management sets the rules on noise, access and shutdowns. We plan phasing, after-hours work and temporary power around that rather than treating it as a surprise.
Tendering an office fit-out?
We’re happy to provide obligation-free estimating support on your workplace project. Send your drawings, tender package, or project details and we’ll review the electrical scope and come back to you.
