Retail & Showrooms

Retail electrical that opens on time.

Store fit-outs and renovations across malls and plazas in the Greater Toronto Area — working inside landlord rules, around trading hours, and to a fixed opening date.

How we work in retail

Retail runs on someone else’s schedule.

A store fit-out sits inside a landlord’s building, a mall’s operating hours and a lease that names an opening date. The electrical scope has to fit all three.

Inside live centres

Work in occupied malls and plazas means base-building coordination, landlord and property-management requirements, hoarding, and after-hours or overnight work where trading hours demand it.

Part of the GC team

We coordinate with property management, the general contractor and the other trades rather than working to our drawing line alone — raising scope questions early instead of at inspection.

Built around the opening date

Retail dates do not move. We sequence rough-in, fixtures, equipment connections and inspection so the store is energised and ready when it needs to be.
