Residential

Residential electrical, planned before it’s wired.

ARSO Electrical works with homeowners, builders and developers across the Greater Toronto Area — on custom homes, townhomes and subdivisions, where the decisions made at design stage determine how the house lives.

Who we work with

Same trade. Three very different conversations.

A homeowner wants to understand what they’re choosing. A builder wants a trade they don’t have to manage. A developer wants a system that repeats across units. We work with all three, and we don’t run them the same way.

Homeowners — we walk through the house room by room before anything is specified.
Builders — priced from your plans, and we’ll handle the homeowner conversation for you.
Developers — one template, supervised properly, repeated across every unit.

Two kinds of residential work

A one-off home and a subdivision are different jobs.

One is a long conversation about how a family lives. The other is a repeatable system run at volume.

Custom Homes

We start with a sit-down about how your household actually uses the space, then design the electrical schematic around it — led by Master Electrician Armin. Our design showroom lets you handle the devices and controls before anything is committed to drawings.

Subdivisions & Townhomes

Volume residential runs on planning and supervision, not speed alone. We plan the internal operation before any wire goes between studs, so crews work to a known sequence and the schedule holds across units.

How we price it

Small enough to care. Big enough to deliver.

We run optimized systems and layered supervision so a mid-sized company can hold its own on cost against much larger operations — without losing the attention a single house needs. Planning happens before the first wire, using project management tools that keep every crew working to the same plan.
